I had very special opportunity to work with my younger brother, Dave and his wife, Melissa realizing their dream of a brick and mortar European style butcher and cafe. Working with our mutual friend and Interior Designer, Jamie McGlinchey, we developed the space to suit the needs of a butcher/cafe/bar. Once we agreed on shop drawings, I fabricated most of the parts in my shop in Denver, flat packed them in a trailer, and assembled them in Beacon, NY, near where we grew up.
